Approximate Delivery Times are:
  • UK - 5 to 7 days from despatch
  • Germany, Austria and Switzerland - 4 to 6 days from despatch
  • Other EU - 6 to 8 days from despatch
  • Hong Kong and Asia - 5 to 7 days from despatch
  • Australia and New Zealand - 7 to 10 days from despatch
  • USA - 7 to 10 days from despatch

Should an item not arrive within the estimated period, please note that our Customer Service Centre cannot investigate the non-arrival of your item until the expiry of 21 Days from despatch.

Les articles en stock seront expedies dans les 48 heures suivant la reception de votre commande. Si vous avez commande plusieurs articles, ils seront expedies au fur et a mesure de leur disponibilite. Nous ne retarderons pas toute votre commande pour attendre un article non stocke ou une nouvelle sortie pas encore stockee.

Articles non stockes

Dans la plupart des cas, les articles non stockes sont en commandes aupres des fabricants. Dans certains cas, nous pouvons etre en attente d'information d'un ou plusieurs de nos fournisseurs. Lorsque nous recevons le produit, nous vous l'enverrons promptement. Les titres non stockes sont habituellement recu dans un delai de une a deux semaines mais parfois plus. Si votre article n'est pas pret a etre expedie dans les 10 jours, nous vous enverrons une mise a jour par email. Si pour une raison quelconque nous determinons qu'un article commande n'est plus disponible du tout, nous vous le notifierons par email, annulerons l'article de votre commande et supprimerons l'article de notre catalogue. Nous vous rembourserons la valeur de cet article ou vous pourrez le remplacer par un autre article de la meme valeur.

Boitier a bijoux endommagee

Si un boitier a bijoux CD est endommagee lorsque vous la recevez, nous serons heureux heureux de vous poster un boitier de remplacement. Adressez vous simplement a notre service client.

Articles retournes

support@cd-wow.com must be notified prior to a return being performed. A customer service representative will evaluate your return request and provide you with a “Returns Form” which must accompany all returns. Full return instructions are provided on the returns form.support@cd-wow.com will only accept returns for the following:

- Goods damaged or faulty prior to delivery
- Goods supplied incorrectly
- Goods that vary from their description on the website

Note:
- All returns must be received by support@cd-wow.com within 60 days of our original shipment date to you. Please refer to the date shown on your “Despatch Information” email to confirm this date.
- A support@cd-wow.com Returns Form must accompany your return. Any return that is not accompanied by this form will not be given priority or may be ineligible for return. Any ineligible item will be returned to you.
- Goods are to be returned to us at your expense in an unused, unopened condition without the seals or wrapping being removed or broken.
- Computer and Console Games and Accessories attract strict manufacturer guidelines and are non-returnable unless defective or unopened (refer to “Damaged or Defective Items”).

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will exchange or refund the product price via the original method of payment only. If you request a replacement, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return.

In order to return the product, please refer to the Returns Policy section.

You must return defective or damaged goods within 60 days of our original shipment date to you. Please refer to the date shown on your “Despatch Information” email to confirm this date.

If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply as set by the manufacturer. We recommend you review the warranty prior to contacting support@cd-wow.com
